Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Welcome to Hipnode, your premier partner in link-building services aimed at enhancing your SEO strategy and improving your site's organic traffic. By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. Our services involve creating and managing backlinks from reputable sources as part of comprehensive SEO campaigns tailored to your business needs.
Payment for services rendered by Hipnode must be made according to the pricing structure agreed upon at the onset of the service agreement. This may include, but is not limited to, monthly subscription fees, one-time payments for specific campaigns, and additional charges for services exceeding the scope of the initial agreement. Payments are due as per the scheduled dates, and failure to meet these payment obligations may result in a suspension of services. Clients may cancel services with a notice outlined in their specific contract, typically 30 days. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, primarily if a service fails to start or if there has been a billing error.
Intellectual Property Rights are a cornerstone of our mutual respect for the assets of each party. All content, including texts, graphics, logos, and service marks, created by HipNode remains our property. Clients may use the marketing materials and reports generated during the contract duration solely for their business purposes in accordance with the terms of the agreement but may not redistribute or reproduce such material without explicit written consent.
Termination of services can be initiated by either party. Reasons for termination by HipNode include breach of contract, illegal activities, or non-payment. Upon termination, all provided services will be discontinued, and any outstanding payments will be due immediately. Clients are advised to back up their data prior to termination as HipNode holds no liability for data loss post-termination.
Dispute resolution attempts will first be made through informal negotiations, which, if unable to resolve issues, may then be escalated to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction set forth herein. The prevailing party in any dispute or legal proceeding will have the right to claim from the other party its reasonable costs incurred.
